How inquiry data is used

• To confirm availability, AED tier, and dispatch notes.
• To respond to support or catalog questions from laboratory purchasers.

What Vialyra does not provide

Vialyra does not provide clinical advice, dosing guidance, therapeutic recommendations, diagnostic support, human-use guidance, or veterinary-use guidance.

Retention

Inquiry records may be retained as needed for commercial follow-up, compliance review, and site operations. Requests to remove inquiry data can be submitted through the checkout request route.
